After overcoming abuse, self medicating empty places, defeating depression, walking through divorce and many more of life challenges, Our founder, Frances Ann Bailey decided to give back through her life changing experiences to women and men who are once like herself or women and men going through similar events.
The mission of Red Door Empowerment is to educate, empower, and equip individuals to walk out of things holding them hostage and walk in deliverance to reach their destiny through community outreach, workshops, support groups and More!!
It is our hope that individuals with the resources given through our organization are able to walk through Red Door healed, free, appreciated, and armed with knowledge.

Founded by Frances Bailey in January 2020, Red Door Empowerment is a nonprofit 501c3 charitable organization. While showing the love of Christ, It has grown into a recognized organization throughout the Eastern Shore and Richmond, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware areas. Red Door Empowerment impact has turned global and with the support of our staff and volunteers we have been able to impact the community in memorable ways. In 2020, Red Door Empowerment serve as an internship sponsor for Salisbury University.
Red Door Empowerment has made appearances on featured articles in the Richmond News, Eastern Shore Post, Shore Daily News, Making Headline News, Voyage ATL Magazine, and the international Walden University Alumni Magazine. Our founder has also dedicated much of her time in sharing this powerful mission making appearances on the Jacobby Show on SKY 4 TV and interviewing in on several podcast platforms.
Red Door Empowerment has also been listed as a global business on the Brainz 500 Global 2020 list that is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Frances is the founder of Red Door Empowerment Inc and Frances Bailey Enterprises, LLC. Frances is a God lover, wife, mother, Best Selling author and an award winning certified Life Coach and certified Christian Counselor. She is a native of the Eastern Shore of Virginia. After answering the call, she obtained her certifications in life, empowerment and life recovery coaching. As a way to strengthen her leadership skills, she then went and earned her certifications in foundations of leadership, advanced leadership, and executive leadership. Frances has her Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice with a specialization in CJ management and administration and is now furthering her education with a Master’s in Public Administration with specialization in Non Profit. She also serve in the governing body on the Board of Directors for the Eastern Shore Center for Independent Living. Her organizational memberships include the National Society of Leadership and Success, Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and ACHI Woman Supporting Woman Association, Inc. Frances was also awarded as a Brainz 500 Global Honoree for one of a total of 500 Companies, Top Entrepreneurs, Influential Leaders and Business owners recognized for their entrepreneurial success, achievements, and dedication to help others. Frances is an executive contributor to their magazine. She serves the community in great humility that one others will walk in freedom while exhibiting the love of Christ.
Mary who is currently resides in Richmond Virginia was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. She attended Nandua High School and obtained her high school diploma in 2007. She later attended Virginia Union University, majoring in Criminal Justice. She pledge Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated in 2010 and later received her Bachelor of Arts in 2011. She then entered the workforce as a Juvenile Correctional officer and a residential counselor in a group home, which helped her realize her passion was assisting others, especially our at risk youth. She continued her educational journey and received her Masters of Science in Human and Social Services in 2017. She expanded her workforce experience and became a school social worker for an alternative school, providing services to the special education sector of students. In 2018, she decided to continue her educational journey and embarked on receiving her PhD in Human and Social Services while continuing to service her community
Jasmin was born and raised on the Eastern Shore. A majority of her experiences have been in the customer service field but she has also worked within the Northampton School system with special education students. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Social Science. She is also employed and training to be an administrative assistant with the Eastern Shore Center for Independent Living
Ikeria is a native of the Eastern Shore of Virginia. She is a graduate from Arcadia High School. Ikeria has over 5 years of experience in accounts receivables and bookkeeping. As former bookkeeper, Ikeria uses her knowledge to manage or oversee the management of the financial affairs of the organization, often including such basic tasks as selecting a bank, reconciling bank statements, and managing cash flow.
